This picture is of a wall of my church at home, The Baptist Church of Beaufort. What’s significant about a wall? Well, if you look closely you can see writing and drawings all over it. The writings were actually done by patients of the civil war when our church served as a hospital. These signatures and drawings were discovered recently when they were starting to re-plaster the walls. They stopped the re-plastering process so that people could enjoy the unique art on the wall.
